When we deliver custom software, web platforms, or custom code to our clients, all intellectual property and source code ownership transfer to the client organization only upon successful receipt of the final project balance payment, in accordance with the terms of our signed SOW agreements.

All professional development contracts, headless migrations, WordPress theme deployments, and speed optimization work undertaken by ApexDev Studio are governed by separate master service agreements (MSAs) or statements of work. These agreements define:
- Project delivery milestones and delivery timelines.
- Deposit and payment schedules (typically divided into upfront, milestone, and final deployment stages).
- Client feedback cycles and QA revision procedures.
- Hosting, server configurations, and domain registration settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
